This policy describes activities that are not allowed on Ruty. It applies to every workspace, member, and integration.

You may not use Ruty to
- Plan, coordinate, or document the transport of goods whose movement is unlawful in the origin, transit, or destination jurisdiction (including controlled substances, counterfeit goods, trafficked items, or undeclared hazardous materials).
- Send unsolicited bulk messages or marketing through customer-tracking links, SMS, or email channels exposed by the platform.
- Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual-property rights or that you do not have permission to share.
- Attempt to access another workspace's data, bypass authentication, scrape the platform, or probe it for vulnerabilities without prior written authorization.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or use Ruty to train a competing dispatch product.
- Interfere with the operation of the service, including by sending abnormal volumes of requests or by abusing AI / chat features.
Enforcement
Violations may result in warnings, restriction of features, suspension, or termination of the workspace. We may also report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities. If you believe a workspace is misusing Ruty, contact your workspace administrator, who can escalate the report to us.
